The "Average" frozen semen insemination procedure (boarding, progesterone testing and insemination procedure) has run anywhere from $350 to $600 at Dr. Law's Office where Dusty's semen is stored.

Since 1993, Kent Law DVM and Deon Parsons, of the Symbioun Inc., Veterinary Clinic in Abilene, Kansas have done more than 10,000 surgical implants of Frozen Semen. They have done more than all other veterinarians in the world combined have done in thirty years of trying. Their conception rate is consistently 94%, and their average litter size is 7 puppies. From 2002 - 2004 they have performed 6,322 Frozen Semen implants. Dusty's average litter size has been 6 - 14 puppies using this procedure.

We ask that all surgical breedings be performed by Symbioun Inc. We will not ship semen!

A $300 non-refundable deposit is due when the bitch is delivered for breeding.

The balance of $700 is due 10 days after the litter is born. The litter registration will be signed after the final stud fee balance is paid.

In the event a litter numbers 3 or less the stud fee will be prorated to $200 a pup.

• Copy of OFA Certification
• Copy of a CERF Certification
• Pedigree
• Credentials
• Name of Trainer
• Photo of your dog
• Name of Retriever Club
• Your website address if available
• How many litters have you whelped
• Your interest: HT, FT, HRC, Pointing Lab Trial, etc.
• What kind of home do you plan to place this litter in? Competitive, Hunting, or Pet.

2. After your bitch has been approved, contact Dr Law's Office right away for an appointment and to make payment arrangements.

3. Send your deposit: When we receive your deposit, we will then release 1 vile of semen in your name for the female that is approved.

4. Make travel arrangements to and from: All cost of travel arrangements are the responsibility of the owner of the female! IF you are driving your female in for breeding, the following transportation fees do not apply to you.
*IF you are FLYING you female, she will be flown into MCI - Kansas City International Airport, you will need a health certificate and a letter of Acclimation from your vet dated immediately before shipping.
* A $50 Airport pick up and delivery fee will apply to stud fee. $100 delivery and pick up fee will apply to stud fee if we deliver your female to Dr. Law's office ( It is 2 hours and 45 minutes to Dr. Law's office ONE WAY for us to drive, We will need to deliver her then pick her up in a couple of days. This is a total of 11 hours of driving for us to deliver and pick up) Total Round Trip Transportation Fee will be $150 and MUST be sent with your bitch!

NO BITCH WILL BE DELIVERED FOR BREEDING WITHOUT A SIGNED BREEDING CONTRACT AND THE TRANSPORTATION FEE!

• Frozen Breeding Contract

Natural Breeding Stud Fee is $1500 to Approved Bitches.

Natural breedings are based upon Dusty's availability and are very limited, due to Dusty's training and trial schedule.

A $300 non-refundable deposit is due when the bitch is delivered for breeding

The balance of $1200 is due 10 days after the litter is born. The litter registration will be signed after the final stud fee balance is paid.

We will need a negative Brucellosis and health certificate dated within 10 day of delivery of the bitch. NO EXCEPTIONS!

In the event a litter numbers 3 or less the stud fee will be prorated to $200 a pup.

We offer 2 ties within 48 hours of each other as long as the bitch will stand for breeding.

Becky Eckett will assist with Dusty's breedings at Blackwater Retrievers where he resides.

The fees associated with natural breedings should be made payable to Becky Eckett: $50 breeder's fee and $10 a day for boarding.
*The fees associated with natural breedings are not included in the stud fee and are the responsibility of the owner. A $50 breeder's fee and $10 a day for boarding should be made payable to Becky Eckett.
